This site is built to know as little about you as possible. Here is the complete picture, in plain language.

What we store — and why we can't read it

When an organizer publishes a game, their browser encrypts everything — rulebook, roster, targets, eliminations — using the class code as the key, before anything is sent to us. Our server stores one unreadable encrypted blob per game, filed under a one-way hash. The class code itself is never transmitted, so we cannot decrypt what we host: not the roster, not the targets, not anything. Each game expires automatically after the season.

What we never have

No accounts and no sign-ins. No location data — this site never asks for or receives GPS positions. No readable names: the roster only exists in readable form inside the browsers of people who hold the class code. Each player's target is additionally sealed under that player's own secret code, so even classmates can't peek at each other's assignments. No photos, no videos — elimination proof stays in your class's own chats.

What stays on your own device

Your browser's local storage may keep the last class code you entered, your own player code, and — for organizers — the game data and the key that lets that device publish updates. All of it lives on your device, not our servers, and clearing your browser data removes it (organizers: download a backup from the console first).

Advertising

This site shows ads through Google AdSense to stay free. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, including ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings or at aboutads.info. How Google uses data from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare's edge network, which processes requests (including IP addresses) transiently to deliver pages and protect against abuse, per Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't run our own analytics.

Questions or removal requests

Organizers can overwrite their published rulebook at any time from the device that created it, and every rulebook expires on its own after the season. If something needs to come down sooner, the organizer who published it is the right person to ask.
